HULL & DECK

All Structures are built in accordance with ISO 12215, American Bureau of Shipping Guide for Building and Classing Offshore Yachts and CE Marking.

• Female molded tooling and a vacuum bagged carbon/epoxy technique are generating an exceptionally strong, stiff and light monocoque construction. An Epoxy resin system is used for superior durability and blister resistance.
  
  
• The hull is made of carbon fiber and epoxy with a structural PVC foam core and has carbon bi-axial and unidirectional reinforcements.
  
  
• The deck is made of carbon fiber and epoxy with a structural PVC foam core and high density core inserts at all deck hardware locations and has carbon bi-axial and unidirectional reinforcements.
  
  
• The structural grid is made of E-glass with unidirectional carbon fiber reinforcements, bonded to the hull shell with Methacrylate adhesives for superior bond strength.
  
  
• The main structural bulkhead is made from carbon with bi-axial reinforcements and structural PVC foam core, perimeter bonded to hull and deck for optimal stiffness and strength.
  
  
• A white color high gloss isophthalic gel coat is used for the exterior of the hull and deck, with a LP contrasting color boot stripe.
• Nonslip surface on deck, coach roof and cockpit.
  
  
• Molded, ORC compliant toe-rails on foredeck.
  
  
• Low profile Acrylic sliding companionway hatch with EC compliant washboards.
